Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, chopped
1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients and sprinkle them into a pie pan sprayed with Pam.
Ingredients should be in bottom of pan.
Mix the next 4 ingredients and pour over ingredients in the pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Prick for doneness.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
