Snowy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; mash in large bowl with mixer.
    Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Beat at high speed until smooth and light.
    Blend in chives.
    Spoon into lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
