Norwegian Te-Brod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. cardamon (6 seeds), ground
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, beaten eggs, extract and flour which has been sifted with baking powder, salt and cardamon.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour in and spread with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Remove and cool. Split lengthwise, then into slices.
    Put on cookie sheet and put in 350\u00b0 oven to brown.
    Turn over and brown other side.
