Karen'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg frozen hashbrowns, thawed
    1 (16 oz) container sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 - 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb shredded cheese, your choice
    salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.
    Mix all ingredients right in pan.
    Smooth top out.
    Bake about 1 hour or until top is slightly browned. MARINATED VEGETABLES
