Pear Mincemeat(From The Files Of Ola Dortch Williams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. pears (measure after peeling and coring)
    1 lemon, seeds removed (whole with peeling)
    1 orange, seeds removed (whole with peeling)
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. vinegar
    1 lb. raisins
    1 c. grape juice
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grind all fruit and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Cook 2 hours slowly.
