Frogs' Legs A La Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large frogs' legs
    boiling water
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    dry, fine bread crumbs
    deep frying fat
    onion cream sauce
Preparation
    Put frogs' legs in boiling water with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Scald for 4 minutes.
    Drain legs and pat dry.
    Dip legs into eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
