Sausage Wheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 pie crust pastries
Preparation
    Roll out pastries and spread uncooked sausage out to the edges.
    Roll up as a log, chill and slice.
    Bake on broiler pan at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Yields 7 dozen.
