Crunchy Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (thaw, if frozen)
    3 c. Rice Krispies, crushed (to 1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Pat fillets dry.
    Line bottom of baking dish with cereal, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Dip fish into melted oleo and place in baking dish on top of cereal mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
