Broccoli With Mustard-Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh broccoli spears
    1/2 c. water with 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Bring fresh broccoli and salted water to boil; cover and cook until just tender, about 6 minutes.
    (Cook frozen broccoli as directed.)
    Melt diet margarine; add flour and cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add salt, dill weed, mustard and milk.
    Stir until smooth; bring to a simmer; cook 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
