Vodka Penne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. basil
1/2 gal. chicken stock
1 (12 oz.) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 qt. heavy cream
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. penne noodles, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saut garlic in oil for 1 minute, taking care not to burn the garlic. Add the vodka, then light it with a match. Watch that the vodka doesn't flame up too high and be very careful (very flammable). Add stock, cream, basil, tomatoes and the crushed red pepper. Let it get hot, then add the cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
