Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cream potatoes as normal.
Add salt and pepper, stick of butter, sour cream and cream cheese.
Place in baking dish and cover with butter pats.
Top with sprinkled cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until butter and cheese melt, about 30 minutes.
