Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 lb. raisins
Preparation
-
Mix together the butter, sugar, flour, milk and eggs.
Use half of the batter and bake 2 layers.
Add to remaining batter the cloves, cinnamon and raisins.
Bake 2 more layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
