Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    7 slices cheese
    1 c. fat-free yogurt
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, bring water to boil.
    Add broccoli, onion and celery.
    Cover and return to boil about 5 minutes.
    In small pan, melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add to vegetables and cook until bubbly.
    Mix chicken broth and yogurt together.
    Pour into broccoli mixture and bring to simmer.
    Add cheese, broken into chunks.
