Beef Tacos(Quick Low Calorie Meal, Feeds 1 To 22) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can chicken or beef stock
    1 pkg. taco seasoning or chili powder, black pepper and garlic salt
    grated cheese
    picante sauce
    taco shells
    onions
    lettuce
    cumin
    tomato
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in iron skillet on medium heat.
    Add 1 can of beef or chicken stock.
    Season with spices or package of taco seasoning.
    When stock is reduced, serve meat with slotted spoon. Chop veggies and put each in it's own serving bowl.
    Put grated cheese in bowl.
    Heat shells on cookie sheet in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
