Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced cucumbers (bread and butter style; enough to fill gal. jug)
    3 or 4 onions, sliced
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Heat just to dissolve, the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and celery seed.
    Cool and pour over cucumbers and onions.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Ready to eat the next day.
