Oriental Chicken Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked unsalted regular rice
2 c. (10 oz.) cubed cooked chicken
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 can French fried onions
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
To cooked rice in saucepan, add chicken, green pepper, soup, water, soy sauce, pimiento, ginger and 1/2 can onions; stir well.
Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
