Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium pork chops
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in a skillet.
    Pour out the juice from pineapple can and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Pour into skillet to cover pork chops.
    Simmer until chops are fork-tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    May have to add water as sauce thickens.
