Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 chopped hot peppers
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as given, except for cheese.
    Pour mixture into greased cookie sheet pan or jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
