Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large cooked cleaned shrimp
2 Tbsp. Roquefort or Blue cheese
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. leaf thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
minced parsley
Preparation
-
Blend softened cheese with mayonnaise, thyme, paprika and lemon juice.
Cut shrimp in half lengthwise and place 1/2 teaspoon filling between halves.
Dip edge in parsley.
Fasten with cocktail pick.
Makes 40.
