Coconut Creme Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    80 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
    2 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding mix
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together Ritz crackers and melted oleo.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
    Add ice cream; mix well.
    Pour over crust.
    Spread Cool Whip over pudding mix.
    Save some crumbs for top.
    May be frozen.
