Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. raw apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Cream eggs, oil and sugar.
Add sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.
Mix well and then fold in nuts and apples.
(Note: Batter will be very thick.)
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 340\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
Start baking in cold oven.
Do not preheat.
