Spiced Pineapple Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. bone-in pork loin roast
    1 (12 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
Preparation
    Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of roast, not touching bone. Roast, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven until thermometer registers 170\u00b0, about 2 1/2 hours.
