Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 bunches broccoli
    1/2 c. raisins
    8 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped cashews
Preparation
    Wash and break broccoli.
    Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble in a saucepan.
    Heat raisins, sugar and vinegar to boiling.
    Remove from heat; cool.
    When cool, stir in mayonnaise, onion, salt and bacon.
    Pour over broccoli; stir in cashews.
    Make 4 hours before using.
