Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean silver label sausage
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    1 c. beer
    2 cans red kidney beans
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage in large, heavy pot; drain.
    Add all dry seasoning and mix.
    Add onions, green pepper, tomatoes and sauce.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Mix flour and oil in bowl.
    Add beans and mix.
    Add bean mixture to chili.
    Cook about 1/2 hour longer.
