Bread: Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and other dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly.
Combine egg, orange juice and orange rind in small bowl.
Add to crumb mixture all at once, stirring just enough to moisten.
