Turkey Ragu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 pkg. turkey sausage
    1 large red pepper, diced
    6 to 8 plum tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    fresh garlic to taste
    fresh parsley
    1 to 2 (16 oz.) cans Italian tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown sausage and slice thin in 1 to 2-inch pieces.
    Saute pepper, onion and garlic until tender.
    Add parsley, tomato sauce, plum tomatoes, cut into wedges, and sausage.
    Simmer about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    Serve over pasta of choice.
