Almond Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. almond spears
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Lightly brown almonds in butter over low heat; remove almonds and drain.
    Reserve for garnish.
    Blend melted butter, egg yolks, cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning mix until smooth.
    Stuff into egg white.
    Chill.
    Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
    Makes 24 appetizers.
