Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together, mixing well.
    Bake in a loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Cool.
