Betty'S Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onion, cut in strips or chopped
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in small rounds.
    Fry in a little oil (grease not too hot).
    Take up from pan.
    Fry onion in oil.
    Saute until soft. Take up.
    Wipe out pan with paper towel after draining any remaining oil.
    While you are doing this, let potatoes and onion drain on paper towels.
    Put back in pan and stir together for a short time.
    Stir constantly so mixture won't stick.
    Take up. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
