Ingredients

1 lb. dried apricots
1 can crushed pineapple
6 c. sugar
Preparation

Soak apricots in 4 cups water for 2 days, then add pineapple juice and cook slowly 1 hour.
Now, add pineapple and sugar; cook for 1/2 hour, stirring constantly.
Put in jars and paraffin or you can refrigerate.
