Bonnie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks together; add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Beat 4 egg whites until stiff; fold dough and whites together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
