Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
3 carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 potato, cubed
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 can condensed beef broth
    2 soup cans water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
In large kettle, cook meat until it loses its red color.
    Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
You can add 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, if you wish, but don't add until last 10 minutes of cooking time.
