Potatoes And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 c. chopped, cooked ham
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    6 sliced, cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Combine butter, flour and mustard; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.
    Gradually add milk; stir constantly until smooth and thick.
    Season sauce with salt and pepper.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Stir in ham and onions.
    Place cooked potatoes in a lightly greased 2-quart dish; pour sauce over potatoes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
