Finger Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small chicken wings
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Divide wings in half at joint and cut off and discard tips. Place in single layer on rack in broiler pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn once.
    Mix dry ingredients in saucepan.
    Stir in water, lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and boil 3 minutes.
    Brush part over chicken wings.
    Continue baking, turning and basting several times, for 40 minutes or until richly glazed.
