Mom'S Garlic Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. warm water
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 small pkg. yeast or 1 large
4 Tbsp. or 1/4 c. shortening
4 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
9 to 12 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Dissolve your yeast in warm water.
Add sugar; then add rest of ingredients in order, knead until smooth. Let stand in warm place and punch down well every 10 minutes for 5 times.
Divide into 3 equal parts.
Roll out into rectangle and roll up as jelly roll.
Brush with cold water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let rise and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
