Springtime Sole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sole fillets
    1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus cuts or 3/4 lb. fresh asparagus, cut, cooked and well drained
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. buttermilk salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Place fillets in 1 1/2-quart utility dish.
    Sprinkle with thyme.
    Cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Cook, covered, on full power for 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Drain.
