Rhonda'S Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
6 slices bread, cubed and dried
1/2 to 1 stick butter
1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Put sausage in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Toss bread in melted butter and layer over sausage.
Add cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and seasoning.
Pour over layered mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Best if let stand in refrigerator overnight before baking.
