Shrimp Ceviche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
    1/4 medium red onion, sliced paper thin
    1/2 orange (juice only)
    2 lemons (juice only)
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. cilantro
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of Tabasco pepper sauce
Preparation
    Add to ingredients, one 6 ounce can shrimp, drained and rinsed.
    Serve
    over
    rice, cooked according to package directions.
    Season to taste with Tabasco sauce.
    Serves 4.
