Oven Fried Chicken With Red Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 large onion
1 medium green pepper
4 stalks celery
4 c. rice
paprika
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut up chicken.
Season with seasoned salt and pepper.
Place in pan, skinned side up.
Use 1/2 stick of butter and place small piece on each piece.
Cover with foil and cook until done in 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Uncover chicken and pour broth off and save.
Cook rice in pot until tender.
Saute onions, pepper and celery with 1 stick of butter.
Add cooked rice and stir.
Pour broth in rice.
Add tomato paste.
Add sugar and stir until rice is red.
