Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and drained
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 container candied fruit (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, vanilla, oil, salt, soda, baking powder, zucchini and flour.
Mix; then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Mix really well.
Bake in 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
