Sugar And Spice Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    2 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients, except the pecans.
    Mix well. Add the pecan halves and stir until evenly coated.
    Spread on large greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Turn halfway through.
    Remove to wax paper while still warm.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
    Makes 9 cups.
