Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. minced onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. light cream (20% or half and half)
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie shell.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in remaining ingredients; pour cream mixture into pie shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0; bake 30 minutes longer.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
