Cinnamon-Sugar Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) loaves frozen bread
    1/4 c. flour
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Thaw the bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
    Divide each loaf into 10 (2-inch) balls.
    Sprinkle work surface with flour. Roll each ball into an 18-inch long rope. On greased baking sheets, form pretzels.
    Let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
