Banana Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. mashed ripe banana
    1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening
    and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Stir in banana.\tSift together dry ingredients.
    Add
    to banana mixture, mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9
    x
    2-inch
    pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
