Fourth Of July Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. soft strawberry ice cream
    1 pt. soft vanilla ice cream
    1/3 c. blueberry preserves
Preparation
    Into each of 8 (6 ounce) cold drink cups (or parfait glasses), pack 1/4 cup strawberry ice cream, then 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream. Top with about 2 teaspoons blueberry preserves.
    Cover with foil; freeze 2 hours or until firm.
    Before serving, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
