Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. melted shortening
    3/4 c. powdered milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. honey
    6 to 7 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
Preparation
    Dissolve first three ingredients.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well until a dough, then knead well. Let rise until doubled in size. Then make into 2 loaves and let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
