Isabel'S Bohemian Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size can or jar sauerkraut
    1/2 can container water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium size potato
Preparation
    Mix together and cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat all ingredients, except the potato.
    Take the potato and grate into the sauerkraut.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer.
    Real good when served over creamed potatoes.
