Green Chili Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
    4 eggs, separated
    2/3 c. undiluted canned milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    tomato slices (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix cheeses with chilies and set aside.
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Beat yolks a little.
    In small bowl, mix together yolks, milk, flour and salt.
    Put cheese and chili mixture into baking dish.
    Fork yolk mixture into egg whites.
    Pour over cheese and chilies and work in (\"fluff\") with a fork.
    Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Garnish with tomato slices or eat as is.
    Serves 8 to 12.
    Let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
