Apricot Nougat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. powdered sugar, sifted
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
11 oz. dried apricots, ground
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine powdered sugar, butter, orange juice and vanilla.
Add apricots and knead mixture.
Shape into balls and roll in nuts. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
