Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. very warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 or 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup very warm water.
    Cream shortening, sugar, beaten egg, 2 cups warm water and softened yeast.
    Add about 6 or 7 cups of flour.
    Make batter that is easy to handle, not stiff.
    Put in large greased bowl.
    Cover and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Knead well.
    Place on a greased baking sheet for about 3 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
